Registered Nurse Clinical Manager for Home Care, Part Time
Part-time Opportunity, 3 days per week, One-on-One Care, Day shift!
Bayada Nurses, Home Care Specialists, has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to oversee services provided to our clients in a leading independent living retirement community in Milton, Massachusetts. As Registered Nurse Clinical Manager, you will be an integral part of a compassionate, professional team that is instrumental in the quality of care provided to our clients. The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager has responsibility to clinically supervise services provided by home health aides while also monitoring for quality and adherence to policies and procedures, and acting as internal case manager. Responsibilities include visiting clients, performing patient assessments, developing care plans, supervising staff on a regular basis, and coordinating care with facility staff, doctors and other health care professionals. Relationship building with clients, their families, medical personnel, and other resources is of key importance. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and possess the desire to grow with the office and the company.
Requirements:
• A current Massachusetts RN license.
• 3 years nursing experience.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Prior home care or case management experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
